Love vs. Desire

Buddha taught that love is the great protector. Both we ourselves and others are protected by love from harmful actions and suffering, and a loving heart inspires us to treat others with consideration and kindness. However, our love is often mixed with attachment, which makes us possessive, anxious and easily hurt. Come explore Buddha’s wisdom teachings on how to discern the difference between the two and discover methods to weaken our attachment while strengthening love.
