Women Self-Defense Class

Learn the skills you need to stay safe in today's world. We will cover topics like understanding the mindset of a predator, how to go from victim to survivor mindset, how to strike powerfully and how to escape grabs and chokes.
These are skills taught to professional protection agents. This is not a karate self-defense class.
Ages 14+. Younger attendees must go through the program with a female adult.
