About this Event
The world feels heavier and louder than ever — yet the spaces where we can truly let go and feel safe to be ourselves feel harder to find. Women Scream is a free monthly gathering designed to offer women a place to release what’s been stuck, reconnect with their bodies, and feel held in community.
What to expect:
- Guided reflection and women's circle to explore what you’re ready to release
- Breathwork to activate and connect with the body
- A collective scream by the ocean — moving what’s been held in the body and opening space for healing and connection
Come join us. Feel the power of your voice. Leave lighter, freer, and more connected — to yourself, to the Earth, and to other women.
