Women Scream: A Gathering Space to Connect and Release 3/28

The world feels heavier and louder than ever — yet the spaces where we can truly let go and feel safe to be ourselves feel harder to find. Women Scream is a free monthly gathering designed to offer women a place to release what’s been stuck, reconnect with their bodies, and feel held in community.

What to expect:

• Guided reflection to explore what you’re ready to release
• Breathwork and meditation to ground and center
• A collective scream by the ocean — moving what’s been held in the body and opening space for healing and connection

Come join us. Feel the power of your voice. Leave lighter, freer, and more connected — to yourself, to the Earth, and to other women.

Parking:

There is street parking and paid parking lots. Street parking is along Ocean Avenue/Barnard Way. At the corner of Hollister Avenue and Barnard Way, there is a dollar parking lot (1 dollar per hour)- if you are driving into the parking lot and facing the ocean, it is the one on the right, not the left, near Perry's Beach Cafe. If it is full, there are other lots nearby.

What to bring:

• towel or blanket to sit on
• pen and something to write with
• water (stay hydrated!)
• sunscreen if you need it

Parking:

We’ll meet on the beach just a short walk south of Lifeguard Tower 28, on the Venice side, close to the water. Look for us set up on the sand!
Recommended Parking/GPS Address input:

• 1 Rose Ave, Venice, CA 90291 (closest and easiest)
• If that lot is full, you can also park at the public lot next to South Beach Park
