Blaydon CC is hosting a women-only charity time trial in support of Newcastle Women's Aid.
Riders of all abilities are welcome to sign up and all you require is a road-worthy bike, a helmet and, front and back working lights.
It doesn't matter if you are fast, slow or somewhere in the middle, this is all about empowering women to support women.
