About this Event

The wine world loves to celebrate its “great men,” but women have always been here too—making wine, practicing viticulture, on tractors with pitchforks, running around in cellars, breaking rules, and generally carrying the industry on their backs while somehow still being called “up-and-coming.”

On Aug 11th, we’re putting the spotlight where it belongs: an all-female winemaker lineup featuring bottles made by super cool women who are shaping the future of the industry 🫨

Super Nouveau was created because wine can sometimes feel like an old boys’ club with an intimidating vocabulary problem. We wanted to build a space where women, queer folks, and anyone who’s ever felt like they had to “prove” they belonged could come learn and ask “stupid” questions (there aren’t any). No wine bros telling you what you’re “supposed” to taste. Boys are obviously still welcome at this tasting btw! We are putting some of our fave girl boss 💋💅producers on a pedestal this eve including:
