Women of Tech STL Networking Mixer

This spring, more than 90 women came together at Clayco for an evening of authentic networking, mentorship, and connection.
What started as a Women in Tech gathering quickly became something more meaningful — candid conversations about career growth, leadership, mentorship, sponsorship, and how women can intentionally support one another throughout their careers.
On October 1, TechSTL and are bringing the community back together for a Women of Tech Networking Mixer at The Post Building in Downtown St. Louis.
This casual evening is designed to help women across technology, business, entrepreneurship, and innovation build new relationships, reconnect with peers, and expand their professional networks across the St. Louis region.

The October mixer builds on the momentum of the May Women in Tech event at Clayco, where more than 90 women gathered for honest conversations about mentorship, career progression, leadership, and the importance of creating stronger professional relationships.
Continue the Connection through Bridge Mentoring
During the mixer, TechSTL will also share information about the new TechSTL Bridge Mentoring Program, a six-month, 1:1 mentoring program connecting experienced leaders with rising professionals and founders across two tracks:
Career Development Track
For women focused on career advancement, leadership development, professional growth, and navigating career transitions.
Founder Development Track
For entrepreneurs and business leaders focused on company growth, leadership development, capital, strategy, and navigating the challenges of building a business.
Women can participate as either a Mentor or Mentee.
Applications are open now and will remain open through October 15, giving attendees the opportunity to learn more about the program at the mixer before applying.
