Belén’s work is rooted in the power of the breath as a tool for transformation. Through her own journey, she discovered breathwork as a gateway to releasing emotional blocks, reconnecting with the body, and creating lasting change. Today, she guides others toward greater awareness, alignment, and expansion through Happy Wellness, among other transformational tools and approaches.

In this session, she will guide you through an immersive conscious breathwork experience using headphones, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and connect with the version of yourself you are ready to embody. Combining breath, music, neuroscience, and somatic practices, this workshop invites you to step beyond old patterns and move into a more aligned and empowered identity.

She will also share simple breathing techniques you can integrate into different moments of your day.

Join this session to explore how the breath can support you in creating inner shifts, building emotional resilience, and stepping into your next chapter with clarity and confidence.
