Join us for our annual Women’s Conference August 28 and 29. Our theme this year is "Jesus Changes Everything."
Catherine Renfro will be our speaker. She is a pastor’s wife, a mom of three, and serves as the National Director of Women’s Evangelism at the North American Mission Board (NAMB).
In 2021, she and her husband, Chris, began the journey of church planting and launched Hope Church in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he is the lead pastor.
Catherine is the author of "Hope, Hurt and Healing: Experiencing Jesus in the Wake of Suicide." She graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010 with a Masters degree in Christian Education and Biblical Counseling after being called to ministry at the age of 22, and has been serving in full time ministry ever since. She has a passion for seeing lost people come to know Jesus and for saved people to live out their purpose of making Jesus known.
Carrie Vassey will be our worship leader. She is a wife, mother of two, and serves as worship minister & creative team leader at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Carrie states that, "The Lord truly blessed my life when he allowed me to return to the church where I was discipled, saved and married. It is my joy each week to lead the people of Hillcrest to the Lord through worship in music as they prepare for worship in the word."
This is a wonderful opportunity for you to step away and focus on a time of renewal for your spirit, mind, and heart as you fellowship with Christian ladies, sing and glorify God, and listen to great teaching and practical application of God’s word. Conference fee includes all sessions, materials, dessert/coffee social on Friday night and breakfast/lunch on Saturday. Ticket cost is $30.00 online and $35.00 at the door.
Doors open Friday at 6:00 pm, and the conference begins at 6:30 pm. At 8:00 pm, we will have a Dessert/Coffee Social. On Saturday, doors open at 8:00 am with a continental breakfast, and the conference begins at 9 am. We will have lunch and a silent auction beginning around noon.
