The Women of Distinction: Big Hat Brunch is more than just a stylish gathering—it’s Esther’s Closet’s annual fundraiser, ensuring that our program can continue to uplift and empower women in our community.
We wear hats as a symbol of boldness and confidence, reflecting the courage it takes to step into new opportunities. For nine years, Esther’s Closet has served over 1,000 women, supporting them as they transition into new careers and educational opportunities. Through professional workwear, resume assistance, mock interviews, resource navigation, mentoring, and now workforce programming. We help women navigate the resources and tools necessary to succeed, creating custom pathways tailored to their unique goals—because success looks different for every woman, and we’re here to support her journey, her way.
This event is both fun and deeply meaningful—a space where community members come together, celebrate resilience, and witness the pivotal work happening at Esther’s Closet. All are invited to attend, connect, and champion the future of women in the workforce.
