Who are Women of Customer Success?

Women of Customer Success is a global community for all women in Customer Success/Experience - or those wanting to break into tech. We exist to create a safe space for our members to meet, ask questions, share best practice and learn from one another, no matter what their career stage.

We are a global community aiming to help women - those who don’t want to code - break into, and succeed in tech. We are here to spread the word about the variety of customer facing roles that are available in tech.

What do we do?

Through our community we run local meetups, global virtual events and have a member's portal where you can network with others, read exclusive member's content and explore our jobs board.

Our events range all the way from informal meetups, networking breakfasts and leadership panel discussions as well as virtual webinars. All are aimed to bring women together to help each other learn and grow from one another.
