In this sacred space, you will have the unique opportunity to delve into the profound teachings of Tantra and engage in diverse practices within a safe and supportive circle of women.
Together we will unravel the secrets of Tantra, unveiling its beauty and depth. Within this empowering environment, you will learn and grow, embracing your true self and the intricacies of your sexuality. Our workshops provide a nurturing space to foster personal growth and raise collective consciousness.
Immerse Yourself in a Full-Day Journey of Sensual Exploration
Prepare to embark on a transformative day of self-discovery, where time slows down, and every step is carefully guided. Our skilled facilitators will lead you through the fundamental aspects of Tantra. We will start with some baseline practices that include grounding, breathwork, eyegazing, mirror exercises, conscious dance/movement, and archetype embodiment. Then we will gradually expand upon these according to the needs of the group, meeting you where you are at while ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.
As the day unfolds, we will culminate in an enlightening demonstration of a Tantric Ritual for Women, including the sacred practice of Yoni Massage. You will have the freedom to choose whether to observe or actively participate, honouring your comfort level and desires.
This series of workshops is designed to cater to a diverse audience, providing a space where women of varying levels of knowledge and curiosity can gather. Our aim is to foster continuous learning and evolution, offering future workshops tailored to each individual's journey.
You are at choice when it comes to your level of participation in every moment so you will not be expected or required to do anything that isn’t a “hell yes” for you. What to bring:
Please bring a water bottle, a sarong or other kind of dress you feel sensual in (optional). Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day and lunch is self-catered so you may like to bring your own food or money to purchase food at a nearby cafe/restaurant.

This event will be held at The Authentic Living Centre, Darlinghurst, on the corner of Oxford & Crown St. For parking we recommend Wilson Parking on Riley St, or Secure Parking on Goulburn St for about $11-$15.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
NADIA NAUSS
Nadia Nauss is a Tantric Life Coach who specializes in Taoist Tantric Practices for self love, enhanced pleasure, and deeper intimacy as well as Inner Child Work for healing developmental trauma to support authentic relating. Born in Hong Kong and raised in the US, Nadia has practiced yoga and sacred sexuality since 2008. She is a certified Practitioner of Tantra and Chinese An Mo Tantric Massage with the Sanctuary of Ananda. Nadia has also trained in Lomi Lomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii with Kumu Harry Uhane Jim as well as with other Heartworks/Kahuna teachers.
Nadia is a former US Navy officer, a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Senior Yoga Teacher and Woke Yoga Academy faculty member with 1000+ hours in trauma-informed yoga training. She leverages her own lived experience and deep understanding of the human psyche, soma, and kundalini life force energy to empower women and men from all walks of life with tried-and-true self-actualization and healing practices to find their passion, follow their dharma (life purpose), and activate their source of sovereignty.

Jana Hlinkova is a passionate Mindful Sensuality Coach and the founder of The Art of Slowlyness.
