Women of Colour Entrepreneurs - Building SME Success

Join Dr Lalitha Kirsnan and Associate Professor Tendai Chikweche from the School of Business, Western Sydney University for an inspiring event focusing on Women of Colour entrepreneurs in the SME sector. This interactive session features a compelling keynote address from the founder of Women of Colour Australia,Brenda Gaddi followed by an engaging panel discussion with successful business owners sharing their entrepreneurial journeys.

Through a guided focus group discussion, you will have the valuable opportunity to share your experiences and insights as Women of Colour in business. Your contributions will help shape our understanding of the SME entrepreneurial landscape and inform future support systems for diverse women of colour entrepreneurs.
