В рамках роботи Комісії ООН зі становища жінок. Нью Йорк. 17 березня 2025. 16:30 - 18.00Незалежна Делегація Українських Жінок в ООН запрошує жінок з країн, що переживають військові конфлікти до спільної роботи.
В результаті взаємодії має сформуватися постійно діюча Робоча група при ООН, що складається з жінок-лідерів, які проживають у країнах з військовими конфліктами, з метою сприяння вирішення спільних проблем.
В рамках роботи CSW68 в результаті структурованого інтерактивного діалогу жінок лідерок із 20 країн світу, що було організовано нашою делегацією, було сформульовано наступні спільні проблеми:
- Емоційно-вольова дестабілізація наших суспільств внаслідок ведення війни в наших країнах;
- Глибокий поділ глобального і локального світу на конкуруючі одиниці;
- Катастрофічно низьке представництво жінок на керівних посадах у владі;
- Слабкий рівень інформаційної підготовки жінок у сфері прийняття ключових рішень;
- Концептуальність світового жіночого руху та відсутність єдиних стратегічних підходів і нечіткість визначення підходів до вирішення світових проблем;
- Домінування влади силою патріархату (силового впливу чоловічої частини представників влади) як основного механізму здійснення влади та управління суспільством;
- Військово-кліматичні глобальні кризи як прояв деструктивної діяльності людства.
Ми вирішили посилити власну участь у розбудові глобального миру та синхронізувати наші дії з діями лідерів ООН та світової жіночої спільноти.
17 березня з 16.30 до 18.00 на Паралельному івенті, що організовано Незалежною делегацією українських жінок в партнерстві з Міжнародним рухом "Одна міна - Одне життя" https://onemine-onelife.com/ при підтримці Міжнародного інституту культурних зв'яків, що має спеціальний косультативний статус ECOSOC в ООН https://www.ica-international.org/ та за участі делегації жінок Японії, що сформована ГО ICA Japan, разом з Вами, ми маємо знайти нові ефективні рішення, які змусять терористичні країни припинити свої криваві дії в країнах світу.
Ми зобов’язані забезпечити активну участь жінок
у миротворчих глобальних процесах.
Ми повинні терміново розробити ефективний план розвитку жіночого лідерства та демократичного врядування в наших країнах, результатом якого стане значне збільшення кількості жінок у ключових сферах прийняття рішень. Ті, хто розробляє плани, повинні їх виконувати.
Усвідомлюючи свою сильну сторону – служіння людям, саме жінки мають стати провідною силою у відновленні нормального життя після військових конфліктів у місцевих громадах.

In a frame of CSW69. New York.
The Independent Delegation of Ukrainian Women to the UN calls on women from conflict-affected countries to unite and take collective action on March 17, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the 777 United Nations Plz., 2th floor.
As a result of work in a structured interactive dialogue format, a permanent Working Group will be formed, consisting of women leaders from conflict-affected countries, with the goal of identifying and addressing shared challenges.
We must ensure the active participation of women in global peace processes.
We must urgently develop an effective strategy for advancing women’s leadership and democratic governance in our countries, ensuring a significant increase in the number of women in key decision-making roles.
Those who create these solutions must also implement them.
Recognizing our strength and commitment to serving our people, women must become the driving force in restoring normal life in local communities after military conflicts.
During CSW68, through a structured interactive dialogue among women leaders from 20 countries, organized by our delegation, the following common issues were identified:
- Emotional and volitional destabilization of our societies as a result of waging war in our countries;
- Deep division of the global and local world into competing units;
- Catastrophically low representation of women in leadership positions in government;
- Weak level of information training of women in the field of making key decisions;
- Conceptuality of the world women's movement and the lack of unified strategic approaches and unclear definition of approaches to solving world problems;
- Domination of power by the power of patriarchy (the forceful influence of the male part of the representatives of power) as the main mechanism for exercising power and managing society;
- Military and climatic global crises as a manifestation of the destructive activity of humanity.
We have decided to amplify our role in global peacebuilding and align the efforts towards a peaceful world.

The Parallel Event is organized by the Independent Delegation of Ukrainian Women to the UN in partnership with the International Movement "One Mine - One Life" https://onemine-onelife.com/, with the support of the International Institute for Cultural Affairs (which holds special consultative status with ECOSOC at the UN) https://www.ica-international.org/, and with the participation of the Japanese Women’s Delegation (formed by NGO ICA Japan), we will work together to find new and effective solutions to force terrorist states to end their bloodshed worldwide.
