Women in the Industry returns for its second year as part of Avants Women’s Month — an evening dedicated to connection, conversation, and highlighting the women shaping today’s automotive space.

The night begins with a social hour, followed by a moderated panel discussion featuring some powerful women from across the industry. Together, we’ll explore themes of self-doubt and resilience, earning a seat at the table, career growth, and redefining leadership in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Whether you’re building a business, mastering a craft, creating content, or carving out your place in the industry, this event is designed to foster meaningful connection and honest dialogue.
