As part of the Women in Tech Global Conference 2026, WomenTech Network is hosting its flagship in-person Connect & Career Networking Event in Barcelona.

Join us for an evening dedicated to tech, networking, and community. We’re bringing together Barcelona's engineering and design community to step away from the screen and connect in person.

This night is designed for real conversation and professional growth. Whether you’re here to discuss the latest frameworks or expand your network in the BCN ecosystem, this is your space. Members of our Talent Acquisition team will also be on hand to chat about current and future career opportunities at New Relic. Join us for a classic "pica-pica" with a view, celebrate the women driving innovation in Barcelona, and build the connections that move our industry forward.

Designed as a central in-person touchpoint of the Global Conference, the networking event provides a high-impact environment for meaningful conversations, strategic connections, and long-term professional relationship-building.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers and decision-makers from across the tech ecosystem, explore career pathways, and connect with organizations shaping the future of technology.

Is this event only for women?

While most of the attendees are women, everyone who supports and promotes diversity and inclusion is welcome to join, regardless of their gender.
