Photo Release/Technology Waiver: SFNet Europe plans to take photographs at the event and reproduce them in SFNet educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including SFNet websites. By participating in this event, you grant SFNet the right to use your name, image and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of SFNet. Posting may be displayed, distributed or used by SFNet for any purpose.

Attendee information: Attendee contact information (name, job title, company) maybe visible to other registered event guests and event sponsors for the purposes of facilitating networking connections and business opportunities.

Refund policy: should you need to cancel here is our policy:

100% refund if more than 1 week before event

50% refund if between 6 days to 48 hours before event

No refund if within 48 hours (2 working days) of the event start time.

Note: refunds for paid tickets will be minus the Eventbrite ticketing fee.
