Info: In this first session, we develop an understanding of emotional intelligence and its role in the workplace. We explore the prevailing theories of emotional intelligence, and how they are applied to improve the effectiveness of organizations. You will also gain insight into your own levels of EI.

Info: In this second session, you will learn how Emotional Intelligence is reflective of different leadership styles, and how we can apply these leadership styles in differing situations to improve team motivation, engagement and performance. You will also gain insight into your own levels of emotional intelligence and the skills you will need to develop.
