WIN is a place to intentionally grow your network and share encouragement with women who lift each other up for success. You belong here.

For February and March, we’re making more accessible what WIN (Women in Networking) does best: creating welcoming spaces where meaningful connections happen.

The theme for March 2026 Women's History Month, designated by the National Women's History Alliance (NWHA), is "Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future". Let's share ideas, input, and support with each other for all of us to have a sustainable future.

What's keeping you up at night? Chances are, you're so buried in your day-to-day work that fresh perspective and new solutions can be hard to see - but that doesn't mean they don't exist! With the support and input you’ll receive at this event, you’ll be ready to bust through barriers, apply creative solutions, and reach your next level.

Whatever challenge you may have, being able to brainstorm and get feedback from other professionals is hugely helpful in turning that idea into a plan, that challenge into an opportunity, or simply getting you unstuck and moving forward.

Each participant in the WINners Circle will receive:

• Professionally facilitated time to ensure each attendee has an equal opportunity to introduce themself and their business/work
• Time to frame their query to the rest of their small group
• Solutions/suggestions/ideas/feedback brainstormed by the other participants

You may wish to use this time:

• As a mini-focus group to gain feedback
• To help you determine next steps
• For finding potential solutions for a problem
• For generating fresh perspectives and ideas
• To get to know other professionals more in-depth

Here are some specific ways past participants have used the WINners Circle: gain insights before launching a new service or product; assistance to better define target market; ideas for fresh ways to reach prospective clients; feedback on how to amp social networking profile; help in clarifying a big goal; choosing between options for a title or new logo; input on pricing model--you name it!

Participants will lift each other up with their ideas, support and encouragement. You'll be in a small group to ensure plenty of time for each of you to share and gain valuable ideas and input from other professionals.

For this month, we've added flexible ticket options to make participation more accessible and community-centered.

WIN (Women in Networking) is a welcoming, well-facilitated monthly gathering for women who value meaningful connection, mutual support, and growing their networks in ways that feel natural and authentic.

We meet in person in Edina, Minnesota, on the third Wednesday of each month, from 9:30–11:00am.

Each WIN gathering is thoughtfully designed to make it easy to:

• Meet great people without awkwardness or pressure
• Practice connecting in ways that feel genuine and human
• Build relationships that grow over time
• Leave feeling energized, encouraged, and glad you showed up

• WINspired Conversations – Interactive sessions exploring topics that support confident, effective networking
