Join us for our Women In Networking (WIN) Luncheon at The Rushmore Hotel & Suites with spotlight speaker Dr. Alexia Gillen, physician owner of MOSAIC Medicine.

The squiggle represents the ups and downs that shape growth, highlighting the importance of presence and reflection in navigating challenges. Through three actionable goals for health and business, the speech will inspire you to embrace imperfection, honor where you are in your personal squiggle, and focus on steady progress toward meaningful, purpose-driven outcomes. Dr. Alexia Gillen is a board-certified family physician, expert in functional medicine, certified life and Enneagram coach, wife, mother of two amazing humans, lover of travel, dogs, coffee and nature, and the founder and heartbeat of Mosaic Medicine!

Dr. Gillen believes that healthcare can be as unique and individualized as the patients she serves. True healing is not only about treating symptoms but understanding and addressing the root causes of illness in a comprehensive, compassionate manner.

Her career has spanned many roles including traditional primary care, urgent care, and executive leadership roles as Medical Director and Medical Information Officer. Born from these experiences and her own health journey, she has dreamed of a healthcare community where people can nurture not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.
