A third-generation business owner, Allison took the reins of the family business in 2002 and has since transformed it for long-term growth and sustainability. Under her leadership, Almar has become a recognized leader in design-build remodeling, fueled by her strengths in communication, leadership, organizational systems, and company culture. Beyond Almar, Allison is passionate about supporting small business owners, particularly women entrepreneurs. A past Board Member and President of the South Shore Women’s Business Network, she is a sought-after speaker and accountability group facilitator who helps women-owned businesses strengthen their operations and grow. Allison also co-hosts the Married With A Business podcast with her husband and business partner, Craig.
