12:00 – 12:15 PM | Welcome + Meet & Greet
- Guests arrive, grab lunch, and settle in.
- Quick introduction from you (who you are, why you started the group, what the vision is).
- Icebreaker: everyone shares their name + business + one fun fact in 30 seconds or less.
12:15 – 12:35 PM | Collaboration Round 1
- Break into small tables (4–5 people each).
- Prompt: “Share what you do and one area where you’d like support or collaboration.”
- Each person gets ~4 minutes.
12:35 – 12:50 PM | Collaboration Round 2
- Switch tables (mix it up so people meet fresh faces).
- Prompt: “What’s working really well in your business right now that others could learn from?”
- Each person gets ~3 minutes.
12:50 – 1:05 PM | Quick Networking Circles
- Rotate groups again for speed-style networking (short intros, exchange cards/socials).
- Each pair or trio gets ~2–3 minutes.
- Goal: maximum exposure, new contacts, and fast energy.
1:05 – 1:15 PM | Group Share + Wrap-Up
- Everyone comes back together.
- Ask: “What was your biggest takeaway or new connection today?” (a few volunteers share).
- Announce next event date/location to build consistency.
- Thank everyone + group photo opportunity.
