What to Expect

This two hour experience is designed to help you reset, connect, and get intentional.

We will begin with 30 minutes of guided movement and breath work to clear your mind and ground your energy.

After movement, enjoy light refreshments and connection time with other women in business.

We will then create a Guided Digital Vision Board / Manifestation Board to clarify your goals and visually map out what you want to build this year.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow you to move freely. Think comfy pants, layers, and sneakers or flats.
