Women in Business mixer

Join us for a Women in Business Mixer at Emotion Fitness designed for business owners and women in professional roles who want to build genuine community. We welcome women of all backgrounds, experiences, industries, and identities, and aim to create a space where women of every race, culture, and walk of life feel seen, included, and encouraged to connect. We’ll start with unstructured networking time so you can connect naturally, then move into quick introductions so everyone gets a chance to share who they are and what they do. A mimosa brunch will be provided, and we’ll keep the energy fun with a few icebreaker games to help spark conversations. There will also be more open connection time at the end so you can continue building relationships. Plenty of parking is available at the venue.

This event is open to women of all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, and we’re committed to creating a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable connecting and building community.

Participation Guidelines
To help foster connection and continued support beyond the event, attendees will be asked to share their social media information when joining the group. One of the goals of this community is to intentionally support one another by engaging with each other’s businesses, projects, and promotions through likes, comments, shares, and meaningful encouragement. We want to create a culture where collaboration is valued, and where we hold the belief that shining a light on another woman’s work does not take away from our own.

Community Expectations
Our intention is to create a community that actively champions one another by liking, commenting on, and at times sharing the businesses, services, and projects being promoted within the group. We believe that supporting another woman’s success does not diminish our own, but strengthens the community as a whole.

This event is the launch of a larger monthly group. We are sharing information on Ladies in the Place for the very first time. Come ready to hear about an incredible group of women aiming to support and connect each other.
