SAMANTHA BINI

Samantha Bini is a senior leader and values-driven advocate for women in business, with over 20 years of professional experience across commonwealth and state government, enterprise and not-for-profit.

She is the Co-owner of Citadel Event Solutions and Founder of Elevate Women in Business, where she creates spaces for connection, growth, and purpose-led leadership. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Samantha serves as an Assistant Director, having spent more than 11 years with the Department of Defence. Her career spans corporate leadership, cyber security and organisation-wide transformation change initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Samantha worked across State Government and the Not-for-Profit sector, including roles in forensic analysis and as a Provisional Psychologist in a variety of clinical and community-based settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts.

At the core of Samantha’s leadership is her Christian faith, which shapes her commitment to integrity, service, and empowering others. She is also a wife and a mother of three, bringing both professional depth and lived experience to everything she does.
