Welcome to the first meeting of our Women for Wellness group! This monthly gathering is designed to provide women with simple, practical tools to improve health and nutrition in everyday life.
We'll focus on getting to know one another, understanding our individual health goals, and discussing how we can support each other in making healthier choices. This is a relaxed, welcoming space where we'll share ideas, explore easy ways to incorporate healthier eating habits, and create a supportive community to help each of us achieve a balanced lifestyle.
The meeting will by hosted by Allison Dodson, the owner of Fresh N’ Prep’d, and Sierra Henson.
