Dr. John Oertle is the Chief Medical Officer of America’s HealthShare and Envita Medical Centers, championing patient-centered healthcare freedom through precision genomic medicine, innovative immunotherapy, and cost-saving care models that put families, not insurance companies, back in charge of medical decisions.
Paula Obeid is the Founder of AZ MAHA Coalition and will be our Panel Moderator this event. Paula brings together diverse leaders to advance informed consent, patient choice and respectful dialogue that empowers Arizona communities.
This evening's panel will discuss health freedom legislation presented to Congressman Andy Biggs, including an overview of key health freedom legislation including the proposed Constitutional Medical Freedom Amendment (HCR 2056)
AZ State Representative Nick Kupper serves as an Arizona State Representative in Legislative District 25, and is a champion for health freedom legislation, advancing informed consent, patient choice, parental rights, and constitutional protections for all Arizonans.
AZ State Representative Lisa Fink serves as an Arizona State Representative in Legislative District 27, and has been a leading advocate for health freedom legislation, championing informed consent, parental rights, medical choice, and policies that protect individual liberty.
Michael Infanzon is the AzCDL Chief Lobbyist and the managing partner for EPIC Policy Group representing clients including firearms owners and the industry, motorcycle rights organizations, grassroots community organizations and veterans.
