Join us for our final Women for Good event of 2026! Enjoy the company of Women for Good members paired with fun holiday-themed refreshments before we hear presentations from this year's Women's Fund grantees!
In October, $55,000 in grant funding was awarded from the Women's Fund to six projects of organizations serving women and girls in Black Hawk County, including:
House of Hope: Expanded Empowerment: Case Management Programming
Iowa Legal Aid: Stabilizing Women & Girls in Black Hawk County
Waypoint Services: Waypoint Domestic Violence Program
Lutheran Services in Iowa: In-Home Child Care Training for Refugee Women
Riverview Center, Inc.: Sexual Assault Services for Women & Girls
The River Arc: Immigrant Maternal Health Support
At this event, we are also collecting food items to donate to the Jesse Cosby Center.
