Come and get your groove on (in a healthy way) with Tiffin's own, Donna Gross. Donna is the owner of Relevé Barre Studio. Relevé Barre Studio is a boutique fitness studio offering a variety of classes including barre, yoga, and cardio fitness.
We will be learning some healthy and fun ways to move our bodies and stay active! All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be made for those new to getting your groove on!
A light meal will be provided along with childcare for those with small children who wish to attend. PLEASE mark going/attending if you plan to attend so we can plan food accordingly!
Please dress in cool and comfy clothes - "groovy" styles are always welcome!
