We are hosting a free 2-hour women's self defense seminar to shift the paradigm of women and self-defense, and launch this amazing program in our community, Women Empowered. Open to all women ages 13+. Wear comfortable work-out attire. This seminar will be taught by Gracie University certified self-defense instructor, and former police officer Austin Morgan and his wife April, owners of Gracie Jonesboro. This seminar will be safe, fun, and taught with a trauma informed approach. No experience required. Door prizes donated by local businesses. First time students only. Space limited please pre-register.
