Women Connect: The benefits of sleep

In association with Nuffield Health we are bringing you a session on the benefits of sleep from Louise Abbey, Physiologist.

In driving forward with our businesses, careers, family, friends and fitness whilst being filled with the work hard, play hard mentality it can often be sleep that is sacrificed in pursuit of our goals. It is important to recognise that sleep in itself should be a prioritised goal and the many benefits good sleep hygiene brings with it.

So join us for an evening of reflection and learning, with the usual friendly faces of Women Connect and our friends at Nuffield Health.
