Experiencing self doubt? Lacking confidence? Feeling stressed? Finding it difficult to leave the past behind?
I work alongside people (and animals) of all ages who are experiencing tricky times. I offer EFT, Reiki and EMMETT to help soothe emotional and physical pain.
Using EFT aka Tapping we identify the negative emotions and feelings being experienced and ‘dissolve’ them, leaving the client in a more positive frame of mind, ready to take on the world!
