About this Event
Nature does not begin in the dark. She rests there.
The same can be true with the nature inside of ourselves. Despite the common notion of a "new year", there ist still so much winter left. So much time that can be taken to rest and let the long nights teach us.
We invite ourselves to honour what has been and to gently stay with what is. Together, we will explore and soften the lens that often reduces our being to doing, shaped by living within patriarchal and capitalist structures. This space is an invitation to listen for your own answers to questions that are yours alone to ask—or not ask.
On this Saturday evening, we gather with the topic of reclaiming notion and wisdom of our own inner seasons.
We will reflect, share, chat and relax.
If this resonates, you are warmly invited to come.
Brief structure of the evening:
- opening through a short meditation, sharing
- introduction into the topic
- time for sitting with questions
- sharing and active listening in circle
- closing together
Please wear whatever clothes you feel comfortable to sit in.
Tea and snacks (vegan & gluten free) will be there for you.
To acknowledge beforehand:
- Arriving on time can support a gentle landing for yourself and protects the container of the group. For this reason, the door will be closed at 6:40 pm. If this feels challenging for you, please consider whether this timing works for you.
- As a facilitator I hold the intention of offering a space that is as safe and respectful as possible. I invite each participant to stay connected to their own boundaries, needs, and capacities, so that we can co-create a circle where trust and honesty may grow.
- The circle will be held in English to include non-native German speakers. If it feels more natural for you to share in German, you are welcome to do so at any time.
About the facilitator:
Hey! My name is Lea, I am a nature- and creativity-inclined person (the second of which made me pursue a degree in fashion design). My intention in holding these circles is to create a space where women can come together to share stories and wisdom from our diverse and complex lives. In my own experience, these protected containers have been deeply nourishing and have supported me in unlearning certain patterns of relating to other women that can stand in the way of authentic connection.
As of now I am devoted to creating projects that are aligned with the natural world — both within ourselves and around us.
Therefore the themes of the circle (which are meant as gentle impulses) will be influenced by fields such as systemic psychology, ecopsychology, and the ecofeminist heroine’s journey, among others.
These influences support my intention to collaboratively move toward a thriving life that is rooted in place and community.
