✨ Dieser WORKSHOP der bewussten Körperbewegung widmet sich Dir, Deinem Körper, Deinem Becken und Deinem Sein. Einem Weg in Richtung Genuss, Loslassen, Schambefreit, Energiegeladen.
Tauche ein in die Welt der orgastischen Energie und entdecke ihre transformative Kraft! Dieser Workshop bietet dir einen geschützten Raum, um dich schamfrei mit deinem Körper, deiner Sinnlichkeit und deinen Gefühlen zu verbinden. Gemeinsam erforschen wir, wie du durch bewusstes Atmen, Bewegung und Stimme die orgastische Welle erleben kannst.
Was dich erwartet:
- Techniken zur Entfaltung deiner weiblichen Lebens- Energie (Beckenwippe)
- Übungen für bewusstes Loslassen und tiefes Spüren.
- Austausch in einem vertrauensvollen Frauenkreis

Wir sind Wiebke und Nina und haben Anfang 2024 den VENUS CIRCLE gegründet – einen Raum für persönliche Weiterentwicklung, Gemeinschaft und authentischen Austausch. Seit Januar 2024 organisieren wir regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, die körperliche Übungen, Meditation, Kakaozeremonien und achtsames Kuscheln miteinander verbinden. Unser Ziel ist es, Verbindungen zu fördern und die Selbstwahrnehmung zu stärken.

This workshop provides a safe and supportive space to connect with your body, your sensuality, and your emotions, completely shame-free. Together, we will explore how to experience the orgasmic wave through conscious breathing, movement, and voice.
