Our Women's History Month Women Can Series continues with Women Can: Box! Babesburgh invites you to join us for an intro to boxing class at Level Red Pittsburgh! Choose Session 1 (12:30 pm - 1:30 pm) or Session 2 (1:30 pm - 2:30 pm). All fitness levels and styles welcome - modifications available. * If you have boxing gloves and wraps - bring them! If not, no worries - we will hook you up!
WHAT'S LEVEL RED? For 60 fast-flying minutes, boxing conditioning is Level Red's #1 focus! Using kettlebells, med balls, cardio, core & boxing, LRB builds lean muscle, improves overall endurance, and burns calories round after round.
