Before the day:

This is a build event, not a sit-back one. About two to three weeks ahead you'll get a short prep pack so you walk in ready to build, not ready to watch. Bring a few simple inputs about your business and you'll leave with a working engine, not notes. Everything you need to prepare takes under an hour.

Photos and videos will be taken at this event and may be used for documentation and marketing by Ajala Digital and AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA. By registering, you acknowledge this. If you prefer not to be photographed, let us know at check-in and we'll make sure of it.

A short note on privacy:

The public guest list is hidden. Luma collects your details for registration and event communication, but this information is not shown to other participants or externals.

Payment by invoice/direct bank transfer: only possible for group registrations. If that is preferred, please send an email to [email protected] and let us know how many people you'd like to register. We'll then issue the invoice and register you separately once we've received your payment.

Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that Eventbrite adds a service fee to the ticket price. Alternatively, you can also buy your ticket on our Luma page, where no service fee is added.
