Roanna's dedication to community building shines through her work, as she brings people together to share ideas, learn, and grow. Her role in organizing events like the Women/BIPOC Coffee Club for Startups and Entrepreneurs reflects her commitment to empowering local business owners, shaping a supportive space for creativity, connection, and impactful conversations across Salem.

Alyssa Cloyd and Mark Delgado, who took over The Governor’s Cup in 2010, have built on its legacy by adding new local products and transforming it into a live music venue. Alyssa, whose passion for music comes from her family, books performances from local talent and touring bands on weekends, helping revitalize downtown Salem’s nightlife and attracting a vibrant mix of patrons. Under their leadership, The Governor’s Cup has become a cultural hub where the spirit of community thrives through every cup, conversation, and live show.
