This Women's Herstory Month, join DC EcoWomen for a celebration of Women & the Arts. We will be hosting a MakeHer space with Melissa Franks, Fiber Artist, and Roshani Kothari, Photographer.

Fiber Arts Crafting Circle
Melissa will be leading a fiber arts crafting circle. Bring your crochet, knitting or embroidery projects or if you are a beginner, bring your curiousity and learn some crochet basics.
Garden Photo Walk
Roshani will be leading a photo walk through the indoor and outdoor areas of the U.S. Botanic Garden. Bring your phone or camera, and learn about what it takes to create beautiful images. You will learn about light, angles, background and more.
