About this Event
Join & the on Sunday, March 22, at 11:00am for a walk around downtown DC. Whether you’re looking to get your steps in, explore the city, or connect with the community, we're excited to walk with you! The walking route will start at Franklin Park and the walk is approximately 1.7 miles. The route extends down Pennsylvania Avenue and ends at Anthem Row.
City Girls DC walk announcements and the walk will begin at approximatley 11:10am, so be sure to get to Franklin Park by then if you're running late. The closest metro is McPherson Square (Blue line) and there is street parking and paid garage parking nearby.
Kids, strollers, and well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome on the walk. A reminder that CGDC events are intended for “City Girls” – all women, nonbinary people, and genderqueer people who identify with that are welcome. All-gender events will be specifically stated as such.
A special cherry blossom–inspired giveaway will be available at this walk while supplies last.
