Empowering Women with Health & Wellness - Holistic Approach to (Peri)Menopause
Host: Lucy Ulmer
Info: From our 20s through our 60s and beyond, both our health and our finances evolve — sometimes in ways we don’t expect. Just as our bodies are dynamic and require different care at each stage, so too should our approach to health and wealth. Because without our health, wealth will never feel the same. Lucy’s perspective reminds us that caring for our bodies is one of the most powerful investments we can make in building lasting confidence and security.
In her session, Lucy will explore how our bodies change as we age, debunk common myths, and share practical strategies to keep health a priority at every stage of life.

Topics will include: how to reduce anxiety around money; money habits formed in childhood; how to teach the young ones in our lives about money; how to navigate career growth, salary negotiations, balancing work and home, and parental leave; the value of a growth mindset; and how to set yourself on a good path for life financially.

Safeguarding your Family and Future: Estate & Family Law Essentials
Host: Rose Shawlee
Info: As women, we often face unique challenges in estate planning and family law. This session will explore how you can protect yourself and your loved ones in the areas that matter most. From legacy planning through Wills and trusts to Powers of Attorney and beneficiary designations. It’s about more than legal documents; it’s about protecting your voice, your legacy, and your loved ones. This isn’t just empowering, it’s essential.
Women as caregivers and decision-makers often carry the responsibility for healthcare choices, financial management, and family well-being. We’ll address the emotional and logistical weight of these roles, especially for those navigating the demands of the “sandwich generation.”
Protecting yourself begins with self-advocacy in legal and financial matters. Estate planning isn’t only about what happens after we’re gone; it’s about living with the security and assurance that your wishes will be honoured and your family cared for.
