WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
The ancient, sacred practice of Yoni-steaming meets the heart-opening wisdom of the gentle Damiana plant and the deeply grounding spirit of the sacred mushroom (optional).
Together these sacred medicines guide us into our hearts and wombs, beautifully woven with healing frequencies accompanying us on this winter evening.
Winter is a time to turn inwards, to reflect on what we’re ready to leave behind and what we wish to nurture. Self-care, nourishment, and relaxation are key for our well-being as women.
This evening offering was born from the desire to create a nurturing and safe space for women to come together, to be, and to remember our truth as women, as humans, and as living beings.
We welcome you into a space of softness and safety. A warm and loving atmosphere filled with candlelight, inviting you to slow down, feel, and breathe.
The Yoni-steaming ritual will help you release tension or disconnection, supporting you to lean back and relax into your feminine softness and surrender.

THE CEREMONY & THE FLOW
We begin with an ancient Tea Ceremony of the Heart, that our ancestors have been sharing for thousands of years, as a sacred portal to receive guidance from nature. It allows the magic of the Damiana plant (from Amazon, in a mild & gentle form) to gracefully touch and open the flower of the heart, and dance with our sensuality, expanding our capacity to feel and love. The heart holds the essence of the Great Mother within, the vibration of love, beauty, and deep healing.
Through the spirit of the sacred mushroom (optional, in a mild & gentle form), we ground deeper into our truth, feminine essence and the wisdom that lives inside our bodies and wombs. Here we pause and rest in stillness and ease, allowing our essence to unfold naturally.
With the Yoni-steam ritual, we will activate and open the sacred portal of our Yoni together — the seat of Passion, Fire, and Sensuality, the portal of the Feminine Temple — allowing us to see life in all its textures and forms. The steam, enriched with dried herbs and flowers from the land, supports the yoni in releasing what no longer serves her, making her receptive again to the wholeness of life.
After some time of rest and integration, we will move to a circle to unpack and unfold, sharing from the hearts, and holding space for each other in their processes, and together send our prayer to Mother Earth and the world.

WHAT IS YONI-STEAMING?
Yoni steaming is an ancient practice and ritual that honors this Source and Womb through herbal steaming and cleansing. Its roots reach back to ancient China and Mayan culture.
The ceremony nurtures us by soothing and unblocking physical and/or emotional trauma. It’s also for those managing menstruation issues, transitioning through menopause, afterbirth. Or for whom wanting to foster a flourishing relationship with the Source and your Divine Feminine nature, and re-claiming your power.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE?
This is a time dedicated to YOU — to reclaim your power as a woman, as the embodiment of love and heart on this planet, and the source of all creation.
When our hearts are open and we are rooted in our wombs, we return to our original blueprint. From this place, life becomes more authentic, joyful, and surrendered — a reminder of what it truly means to walk this earth as the women we came here to be.
This is a path to remembering, not a destination. Where we walk the path, together. When we are getting together in the flow of life force, and are aligned in our essence, we have the power to heal not just ourselves, but our family, community and this world that we are living in.

We will provide pillows and blankets, feel free to bring extra if you like.
We will send a Welcome Email a few days before the event for more details.

NOTE:
If you are on your period, you can skip the steaming part (but feel free to witness this beautiful ritual), and you are welcome to join other parts of the ceremony.
It’s not necessary for nudity in the space — you can do the steaming fully clothed or with your skirts on, honoring your comfort and boundaries. If you feel called, nudity is welcome as a personal expression of trust and surrender within this safe and supportive space.

BIO
ARJA ROSE
Arja Rose is a passionate transmitter of embodied wisdom and vibrant channel for feminine leadership.Her teachings and transmissions are deeply rooted in both worlds of classical Tantra and modern Shamanism. The past seven years Arja has spent in extensive study, outside of societal norms living a life dedicated to spiritual growth and development. For more than 3 years she has received one-on-one guidance and teachings by her mentor in extensive shamanic studies and practices.
She has dedicated her life’s work to accumulate a depth of knowledge in the areas of Plant-Medicines, Feminine Wisdom teachings & Womb Work, Inner Alchemy, Sacred Temple Arts and Tantric Bodywork. Arja’s dedication provides a sanctuary for individuals to surrender and explore the depths of their being. Her devotion to personal and collective transformation highlights her deep understanding of life’s mysteries and her capacity to facilitate profound spiritual and emotional growth in others.
Arja is the founder of Feminine-Alchemy.com, an online platform dedicated to the awakening and embodiment of feminine energy, crafted by and for women. This portal is a testament to her commitment to nurturing a space for women's empowerment and spiritual growth.
