Beautiful souls, you are invited to a deeply nourishing Womb Healing Session this December — a sacred space to reconnect with your feminine centre, your intuition, your power, and your softness.
Within the womb lies our creativity, our emotional memory, our lineage… and so much of what we’ve held for far too long. This session is a gentle invitation to return home to yourself.
✨ What we’ll explore together:
🌺 Understanding the Womb – a soulful explanation of why this space is so important for us as women: energetically, emotionally, spiritually.
🌺 Womb Meditation – a guided journey into your inner temple to release what no longer serves and awaken the divine feminine within.
🌺 Short Breathwork Practice – to open, soften, and move stagnant energy.
🌺 Reiki Healing – hands-on or distance, flowing pure life force energy into the womb space.
🌺 Crystal Sound Bowls and especially selected soundscape throughout – soothing vibrations to recalibrate your energy field and bring deep peace.
This will be a beautiful safe, held, heart-led space for release, healing, and empowerment.
