Womantra: Meditation Journey for Self-love

Come join us at DMV Lux Studios for a transformative experience of self-love through the feminine healing arts! This event is designed specifically for women looking to connect with themselves on a deeper level and cultivate a sense of inner peace and acceptance. Through guided meditations, movement mantras, and group discussions, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in meditation, all are welcome to participate in this nurturing and supportive environment. Wear something cozy that you can move in and bring a journal or notebook, an item to offer into our alter space for the opening ceremony (could be a picture, a stone, a feather or anything of significance to you), and writing utensils: papermate felt pens, markers, pens, ect.

Womantra is facilitated by Jazmine Dessarrae, Women's Healing Arts Practitioner, and movement medicine educator. Grounded in shamanic, animist, and ancestral philosophy, she utilises movement medicine, womb wisdom, meditation, ceremony, and ritual to inspire personal transformation through the holistic arts. Jazmine supports individuals on their journeys of wellness and soul-alignment, helping them purge limiting beliefs, trust and honor the wisdom of their bodies and hearts, while introducing them to sacred pathways of devotion and expansion through women's spirituality. Through her work, she endeavors to create safe spaces of self-discovery, healing, risk-taking, wellness, and creative exploration empowering her clients to reclaim their power and honor their unique Paths.
