Woman to Woman

As women, and especially as mothers, life’s endless demands can leave us drained, often without a moment to nurture ourselves. Woman to Woman is here to change that—a sacred space where women can step away from the hustle and take a breath. This transformative wellness circle offers a supportive environment to reflect, reset, and reconnect.

At Woman to Woman, we honor the beauty of vulnerability. We don’t solve problems for each other; instead, we hold space for sharing, listening, and being heard. Through mindful practices like journaling, breathing, and gentle stretching, we create room for self-care and healing. It's a time to remember that we are not alone in our experiences, no matter how overwhelming they might seem.

What to Expect

• A space to express yourself freely and connect with other women on a similar journey.
• Guided sessions led by women from your community, trained in trauma-informed care and restorative practices.
• Licensed childcare available on-site, so you can focus on you.
• Nutritious snacks to nourish your body while you restore your mind.

All women are welcome.Join us on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 PM at Five Rivers Family Health Center (2261 Philadelphia Dr.).
