Many women move between over-giving and emotional withdrawal in relationships. This session focuses on how connection can feel supportive rather than draining.
We explore patterns around closeness, independence, and emotional availability, and how to stay connected without abandoning your own needs.
You will explore:
- Personal patterns around closeness and distance
- How boundaries support healthy connection
- New ways of relating with more balance
