About this Event
Summary
Rebuilding trust in yourself and others.
Description
Trust is often shaped by early relationships, disappointments, and moments when we had to rely only on ourselves. For many women, trusting others can feel risky, while trusting oneself may feel fragile after years of self-doubt or over-responsibility.
This session focuses on understanding how trust was formed, where it was broken, and how to begin rebuilding it in a way that supports boundaries rather than erases them.
You will explore:
- How trust and self-protection interact
- Why relying on others can feel unsafe
- How to build trust without losing autonomy
