About this Event

🔹 Theme: Relationships – What Supports Me, What Drains Me

Some relationships lift us up. Others quietly wear us down. But sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference – especially when we’re used to overgiving or self-sacrificing.

✨ In this session, we will:🟣 Reflect on the qualities of nurturing vs. draining connections🟣 Explore the difference between interdependence and co-dependence🟣 Share gently about our needs in relationships and how we honour (or abandon) them🟣 Practice tuning in to our emotional responses as guidance

💛 You are allowed to protect your energy. You are allowed to choose what supports your healing and growth. This circle is a place to start.
