A New offering from Greer Ashley Christos from Tantra for Parents for WOMAN who is returning to herself.As a Mumma of 3, I would often find myself in the last hour or two prior to school pick up racing around trying to get things done before the kids finished school.
What this would mean is that by the time school pick up came, I was feeling rushed, tired & needing a break. There came a point when I realised that the BEST thing I could possibly do as a Mum was spend that precious hour or two deeply nourishing myself.
It's true, it meant I wouldn't get 'all of my things ticked', but I quickly realised, I always have things on 'that' list. And because I would feel more rested, present & 'full' upon school pick up, I had the energy I needed to get what I 'really' needed done as well as care for the kidlets in the afternoon - bedtime.
SO, this is an offering to support other women transform the "post-lunch drop in energy but rush around" FRENZY in to a SACRED WINDOW.
In a small & safe setting, you'll be guided through gentle & simple somatic & heart-opening practices to guide you home in to your body, your heart & your knowing.
All in time for school pick-up. 😍
