Join us at the Newhampton Arts Centre for a few hours of creativity, innovation, and collaboration!

At this event, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and work together to celebrate and grow the wonderful culture and creative industries in Wolverhampton by helping to co-design a new vision and strategy for culture. Whether you're a designer, developer, artist, or simply passionate about culture, this event is for you.

Counterculture Partnership LLP has recently been commissioned by Wolverhampton City Council to co-design a 5-year Cultural Strategy. Culture is hugely important to our communities and to the city’s visitor economy with notable cultural assets, and nationally significant clusters across the arts, heritage and the creative industries. This is an opportunity for you to help shape the direction of the strategy, ensuring that it meets the needs and aspirations of local people and supports the growth of Wolverhampton’s visitor economy.

We’re particularly keen to include people from a range of backgrounds including those from the global majority, D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people, alongside those from the LGBTQ+ community.

Tickets are free but spaces are limited and will be issued on a first come first served basis.
