Welcoming the first full moon of 2025. A time for reflection and releasing of the past year. A time for rest, going within and connecting with loved ones. A time for focusing on strength, resilience and creating a sense of security. Planting seeds for growth to bloom in the next season. We will spend a little time, journaling intentions and reflecting. Pausing to acknowledge where we need more balance in our life and steps to create it.
Then you will be guided into sounds of serenity.
